What we did: We got to meet our partners and learn about their institutions and what they offer to the common plate of our project. We finalized our task distribution and strengthened our cooperation. We discussed about the questionnaires and how to implement them. We participated in the first bid dissemination meeting of our project with the participation of policymakers at local and regional level.
What we learnt: Being a project with a diverse range of partners, we understood that the experiences of educational institutions in different levels of education will be eye opening throughout the project. We learned that early school leaving and/or absenteeism is not the problem of a single country but a problem that needs to be tackled by all of us. We understood that parents are our strongest allies in tackling this problem. We also learned that we, as all the project partners, are a team that will work together for our common goal and achieve success at the end.
